1. How do I know if I order successfully?

An order confirmation email will be sent to you if you place an order successfully on our website. If you do not receive it, please email us for assistance.

2.  What currency are the items priced in?

All the items are priced in Dollars. You can change the currency at the top of the website if needed.

3. Do you have physical stores that we can visit and try on the wigs?

We are so sorry that we only offer products online without physical stores right now.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept payments via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Carte Bleue. For more details about West Union, please contact us via sales@kamiwigs.com.

5. Do you have any discount code? If so, have do I use them?

For every order, you may apply only one available coupon. Please apply it when checkout.

6. What size should I order for my wig?

Our wigs are average sizes, you can adjustment by yourself, so there is no size choice.

7. An order has been placed. Can I cancel it?

The order can be canceled before shipped out, please refer to our cancellation policy.

8. When will I receive my order?

All the hair products in our store are made to order. We will make every effort to ship to you as soon as possible once your item finishes production. Actual delivery time may vary due to items, shipping methods, and other factors beyond our control.

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

9. What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or defective?

Please contact our Customer Service via sales@kamiwigs.com with the order number and picture of the parcel/item you received. We will work to resolve the problem immediately.

10. How to make a return & get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please contact our Customer Service via sales@kamiwigs.com first and our staff will help you.

Please note that without email notification to customer service or if 7 business days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t process any refund.
